TechWyzo is a Logo Design, Branding, Website Design and Development, Application Design and Development, Digital Marketing, Content Writing and Video Animation Service Provider.

• Accuracy — TechWyzo maintains reasonable procedures to ensure that information collected, used and exchanged is accurate and complete
• Security — TechWyzo implements appropriate security measures for protecting information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including secure disposal.
• Compliance — TechWyzo will only collect, use, and exchange data in accordance with applicable laws and our contractual obligations
• Confidentiality — TechWyzo maintains a commitment to collect, use and exchange information in accordance with confidentiality standards

Intellectual Property Rights

The Website, graphics, content, and any programming code remain the property of TechWyzo . Any scripts, CGI applications, PHP scripts, content, or software written by TechWyzo remain the copyright of TechWyzo and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with written permission from the management of TechWyzo .

Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability

TechWyzo shall not be accountable for URLs dropped or omitted by a search engine for any reason. TechWyzo shall not be responsible for delays or failure of performance resulting from Internet Service Provider delivery problems or failure. TechWyzo shall not be responsible for acts or causes beyond their control, including but not limited to: acts of God, strikes, lockouts, communications line or equipment. You expressly agree that use of TechWyzo services provided is at your sole risk. These services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TechWyzo cannot guarantee that your account service data information will be free from corruption or piracy. You hereby waive any claim against TechWyzo arising out of the loss of data through corruption, piracy, breach of security, or for any other reason that is not based on intentional or grossly negligent actions of TechWyzo .

Information You Supply on TechWyzo Corporate Web Site (“TechWyzo ”)

If you choose to provide us with your name and contact information or the contact information of others on these corporate Web pages, we will use it only to provide the information you requested. This privacy policy will also apply in certain instances (e.g. job application, investor relations) where we ask you to provide this information directly to one of our vendors for processing. We will not share, rent or sell your information to third parties for their marketing purposes. If Deluxe is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

Conditions For Refund:

• You have chosen an All in one package.
• The primary design concept has been approved.
• You have demanded revisions.
• The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
• The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of project.
• Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
• Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
• The creative brief is lacking in required information.
• A complete design change has been demanded.
• The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
• The business is closing or changing name or business.
• Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
• If a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.
• No refund can be claimed/processed once after the final files have been delivered to you following your request.
• Refund and revision explicitly does not apply on items offered free.
• The client will not be entitled to any refund for logo after 30 days, and for website after 90 days, from the date of purchase.
• Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration and Web Hosting are not entitled to refund under any circumstances.
• In case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
